1. Nature of Services Provided
BalticMarriage.com offers intangible informational and consulting services, including:
– access to member profiles,
– internal messaging system,
– organization of offline meetings,
– individual matchmaking support,
– language assistance and consultations.
All services are provided either online or in person, depending on the selected service package.
2. Waiver of Right to Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), services that have been fully provided before a withdrawal request is made are non-refundable.
By agreeing to start the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, the client waives the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered.
3. Eligibility for Refund
The company may consider full or partial refunds in the following cases:

technical payment errors (e.g. duplicate charges, payment gateway failure);

inability to provide the service due to the company’s fault;

confirmed fraud by third parties registered on the platform, provided the client immediately notifies us.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
